Jazmine Ulloa covers national politics and the 2020 presidential election for the Boston Globe. She came to the newspaper from the Los Angeles Times, where she covered state politics and policy and served a brief stint in the Washington bureau. A native of El Paso, she previously reported on state and federal courts for the Austin American-Statesman in the Texas capital. Her work has appeared in Texas Monthly and the Texas Observer.
